Who are we?
We are a Husband and wife from Austrlia, who have small kids and work full time job outside of this
How long will i wait for a reponce to my contact me?
Please allow 2 days for us to respond - we dont check email on weekends
What happens if the item arrives damaged?
This one depends on the damage and the condition of the item and box when it arrives.
If the item is damaged you will need to lodge a claim with the postal company first - if they deem the parcel to be not broken by them then we offer 3 options. (please note this must be communictaed within 30 days of the order and item must be back within 45 days of sale or all option will be voided. We also dont follow up if you dont reply to our emails regarding this and the same time period will apply)
1. I can offer a partial refund of 25% if you feel like you may be ok to glue the item back together and don't want to wait for a replacement.
2. If we can get the item sent back (postage will be at your cost), we will start the product on a new one and send it to you - please provide tracking so we can follow this up on our end
3. If you are really not wanting to wait or not happy, we can give a full refund if the item is sent back. ( post at buyer cost)
