Any problem must be told to the shop, within 5 days of delievery - any refund will need the product sent back to us at buyer cost and must be back within 30 day of delieveries or customer void refunds right

All return and exchanges Must be sent back to us before we send out the replacement.

After 30 days of the agreed on the refund/exchange if no product is return then the offer is void and the refund/exchange wont be validate

Shipping of these please give us any tracking so we can follow it up
If the item break by post (damaged box or saw them mishandle) please take item into postal place and lodge a damage claim so they may pay you back.

If you get the damage claim you cant refund the item with us as the postal company will pay full price for the damaged item
